Spray calcium vs powder calcium

Which one is better? The only calcium I could find without D3 is a spray one. Is it still ok? It's from Zoo Med

I only use liquid calcium when I'm acclimating a chameleon that isn't in the best shape(from importation process or from former keeper that didn't care for correctly) or when I have a gravid female. Other than that, I really stick with the powder form, dusting my feeders on a daily basis. You can find the calcium without D3 on Amazon if your local pet shop doesn't have it in.

My guess is that the liquid Calcium would have a much shorter shelf life than the powder, so just make sure to check that.
