Sticky tongue or Repcal

Better for what?

STF is minerals plus calcium

rep-cal is just calcium

Depends on what you are trying to do with the supplement...

The feeders have to be "lightly" dusted with 3 kinds of supplements. Plain calcium (no d3) at just about every feeding if you have a young cham...... if you skip one or two days a month that's ok. Calcium with d3 twice a month and a multi. vit. once a month. In this link I use the 1st, 3rd and 5th one. http://lllreptile.com/store/catalog/...cage-cleaners/

So i dust the feeders with these

I primarily use the rep-cal brand. The sticky tongues brand is fine too.
I find the sticky tongues calcium dust clumps a bit more than the rep-cal plain calcium.

Use plain calcium, either brand, lightly on most crickets and superworms. You dont need to use it with butterworms and other high calcium feeders.

The rep-cal calcium with D3 has considerably more D3 in it than the Sticky tongues brand. I use the rep-cal brand LIGHTLY about twice a month. If I were using Sticky Tongues miner-al I, I might use it once weekly.

I use a vitamin supplement (again rep-cal brand) about twice a month (opposite weeks to the D3) and just sparingly. Gutloading should be the primary source of vitamins. If I were using a vitamin powder with pre-formed vitamin A, I might use it only once a month.
