From a photography standpoint I like #2 the best. The balance of space in the background is better there. Also the clarity of the eye is vivid. Pic #3 is a close second though ...

Overall, I liked the composition of #2 best - it's well balanced! But my vote goes to #3 cause I'm a sucker for headshots. Prince sure is a looker!
