super worm feedings

I currently have 2 chams a 1 year 3 month old veiled and a 3.5 year old panther. Both are currently being fed on crickets until the rest of my bugs come in. I bought some super worms locally as snacks and so they get used to my hand (my veiled is already used to me) so I've been feeding them 2 through our the day. And they both eat around 10-20 3 week crickets. I wanted to know if the amount of super worms was okay, since I know that they are harder to digest.

I only feed super worms twice a week. Some chams start to really like them and then they do not want anything else. I like to rotate the supers with the butters, horns and silks.

my cham is addicted to supers, he will sometimes eat crickets but refuses to try supers, roaches, and anything else really haha I would suggest cutting WAY back on the supers
I'm having to with hold supers from mine until he starts accepting other food, or if I get worried hes gone too long without food then I give in because i dont want him to starve.

Sounds good i am definitely going to cut back... i dont want them to only eat supers! So far both mine are still going crazy over their crickets im just waiting on my shipment of hornworms and calciworms to try and get those feeded to them to spice up their little lives!

Sarah, i try to use superworms sparingly. I use them about 1/5 feedings. They tend to get addicted to the worms rather easily. The amount would depend on the size of the supers. How is that boy doing by the way?

They both have had about 6 since the little guy came in :) he likes to climb onto my head and he runs around on my bun and he is super excited and every day i open the window (since its no longer cold) and he just sits in the sun for hours i think he likes florida weather. I finally have enough pictures of him so i am going to make an album and post pictures of him tomorrow so EVERYONE can be jealous of my new baby panther!
