I keep getting mixed reviews on super worms. Some say treat and some say daily diet. My Cham seems to like them all right. I just ordered him some silkworms. I know they are a staple in there daily diet along with crickets but what superworms? Any input would be great!!!!!!

Superworm not as a staple. If your from USA. Your the lucky one. Dubia roaches. Also a good gut load help get those greens happening.
Mix it up is best.(y)

I personally don't use super worms as a staple for two reasons. First I believe crickets, dubia and silkworms offer better nutrition.
Second I know mine will gorge on supers so I use them as a treat to encourage hand feeding/trust and to test for appetite.

Give him superworms 2-3 times a week. I gutload them really well and use them as a delivery system for giving my Cham his powdered plain calcium, and at the end of the month, his vitamin supplements.

I generally feed one, every feeding. But I don't have an issue with addiction and use about three+ different feeders per feeding. So generally I have a well rounded diet. I use dubias and isopods as staples, my silkworms usually make up the most of my soft bodied feeders which is a little heavy around 30% or so of the diet is soft bodied. I also use a couple wax worms once a week. I have flies and black soldier fly larvae regularly that I will use every feeding as long as I have them. I buy crickets when I have or need to add a change up. Currently waiting for my GBR colony to take off. My superworms are well gutloaded for what you can do with them.
