right now i have rep-cal herptivite and sticky tongue miner-all (i) with d3. also, i gutload my crickets with total bites nutrition. (little green cube things)

i've been hearing different things and not sure how much i should be using of each for my male veiled.

i've been doing herp once a week and thinking of doing the miner-all twice a week. that being said, i'm also wondering how many crickets i'm actually supposed to be dusting when i feed my cham. he eats about 12-15 medium crix a day

You might (or your cham might) be better off using a better gutload.

The dry portion of a gutload can include (blend with a coffee grinder or food processor): quality whole grain cereal (Im currently using Kashi); spirulina; bee pollen; alfalfa; organic raw sunflower seeds; dried seaweed/kelp/dulse; oats; oak leaves; powered egg; ground almonds; ground brazil nuts; wheat germ; hemp seed; fig powder; high quality monkey chow

A wet gutload (switch it up with a different couple of items every other day or so) can frequently includes things like: dandelion leaves, squash, carrot, yam, orange, mustard greens, pomegranet, collard greens, kale, romaine, apple, peas, blueberries, raspberries, alfalfa sprouts, sunflower sprouts, ... (avoid broccoli and spinach).

Herptivite once a week or once every other week is fine - more important to concentrate on gutloading.
Most crickets should be LIGHTLY dusted with plain calcium.
MinerAll-I once or twice a week is fine. I use a different brand with more D3 in it, so I only dust with D3 about twice a month. If your chameleon spends time outdoors in real sunlight, you wont need to dust with D3 as often as you would if the chameleon is primarily indoors (like mine).

Do you give him anything other that Crickets? If not, consider doing so. I personally feel that a variety of prey is good for them - and potentially allows you to provide a wider range of natural source vits and minerals.
