supplement question?

I have been on a vicious serch for calcium withOUT vit D3. I went to everyone of my local pet shops and all of them do not have any cal w/o d3. And i'm out. I let myself run out because I ASSUMED that the pet store would have it!!!!!! DO NOT assume. Anywho so I just ordered it offline. But it said 5-8 days until it arrives and i cannot afford to have it over nighted ($32!! to overnight and the bottles only $6.99) So question is I heard of people using calcium over the counter from a pharm? Or is there some other way i can get these guys calcium for the next possible 8 days? Or will they be ok if I wait for it to arrive?

yes, 8 days is not going to kill your cham. It would take longer than 8 days of not supplementing to cause any ill effects. I have never used over the counter but I remember reading on here about doing so and crushing it up but not sure exactly which one.

yeah clam down, youll be fine. just wait till it arrives, and throwing an extra with d3 calcium supplementation in there in the mean time wouldnt hurt either if youre that worried.

thank you so much!! i just had to be sure, alot of online sites were not specifing anything, especially not my question so you all have saved the day. i love my lil ones and they only deserve the best.
