Hi all i was going to get a veiled chameleon and i no how to care for them but on the internet they hardly mentioned when i should give about a 2month old chameleon supplements like when i should give it calcium with d3 or the one without and even a vitamin supplement i just want to know like supplement from 2 months to 6 then 6 months to the rest of his life please answer i would like to no thanx

with my younger chams i useually give calcium without d3 at most feedings and a mutivite with d3 such as reptivite once a week..
you may want to look at repashy foods their calcium plus is a compleat formula that you use daliy, and can make things alot easier.
i have just switched my panther to their product and all seems well.

I treat young the same as old, and its worked well for me. Others prefer to give slightly more supplementation to growing young. Gutloading and feeder variety is key either way. Specifically how you supplement will depend on the brand of supplements you use, as well as the type of insect, your gutloading technique, etc. See:
