Hello, I'm a new member to these forums, and through research for my chameleon (Panther Chameleon), I learned that so many different brands and types of calcium can be used. So any comments about what any experienced keepers use for their calcium's and vitamins will be greatly appreciated. Thank you! (my chameleon is a 3 and a half month old tamatave if that helps)

I use Zoo Med repti-calicum without D3 every day, and use reptivite with d3 twice a month. I have a panther and a veiled they also get as much natural sunlight I can provide, which is a great natural source. I dust lightly, you want them covered but not ghostly!

I've used Rep-cal without D3 at most feedings, Rep-cal with ,D3 twice a month and Herptivite twice a month for years.
It's also important to feed/gutload the insects well. Some people use a vitamin powder with prEformed vitamin A in once a month and one without once a month instead if twice with Herptivite.

Thank you so much! And have you ever used the sticky tongue farms indoor miner-all? I heard it is good, but I'm not sure how to incorporate it, like if I should use it 2 times a month, as I already have it.

I did but it was a long time ago and I didn't stick with it because I was used to the rep Cal products. When you change supplements you have to rebalance everything again...and unless there's a reason to I try to stick with something that works when I find it.

I use sticky tongues outdoor every feeding. Indoor 2x a month. Reptivite 1x a month(may not be safe to do more than that it has preformed vitamin A) herptivite 1x a month.

Recently I have been looking a lot into Arcadia products. The word is that Arcadia earth pro A can be used at every feeding due to it being hard/impossible to overdose. They have some pretty revolutionary thoughts on the whole supplementation thing. If you have the time listen to John courtney Smith on CBP or read his books.

I got the Rep-Cal with the green label for calcium, ink label for with d3, and blue label for multivitamin. Forgot to mention this and I want to make sure this is the right ones recommended.

Can the sticky tongue farms miner-all indoor be used for gutloading?

Most insects/bugs do not do to well with gutloading that is high in minerals. Using she Sticky tongue minerall works fine for dusting!

I do add a little calcium powder to my dry gutload that I make but not much.
