Supplements and feeding, is this right?

My panther cham is almost 5 months and lives indoors. I've been alternating herptivite(beta carotene, no vit a) and sticky tongues d3 one day every week. With sticky tongues calc no d3 every feeding(other than bsfl and silks, they go undusted).

I was wondering how much calc, calcd3, and herptivite i should be dusting with during each feeding. I've just been taking a pinch of whatever im dusting with and throwing the feeders in a deli cup, shaking them around(aside from worms). Sometimes it might be 25 crickets though, or other times it might only be a few 5 roaches, so i'm not really sure how to accurately give him each supplement.

Also i have been feeding 6/7 days a week, should i do 7 days instead?

Anything i should change about this or is it fine? Appreciate any *feed*back!

Supplementation:
Calcium and other vitamins are very important to your chameleon's health. Feeder insects should be lightly dusted with powdered supplement before being fed to your chameleon. Many keepers successfully use calcium (without D3 or phosphorus) at nearly every feeding, multivitamin once every 2 weeks, and calcium with D3 once every 2 weeks.

I understand that part, I just meant wouldn't the amount of supplement the chameleon receives be different depending on how many bugs you dust. Like if I'm doing my multi, wouldn't there be a large difference between dusting 5 crickets and 25?

No, since it's only once every two weeks.

Okay cool thanks, so I'll just continue doing a light pinch for dusting, regardless of the amount of whatever he's eating at the time.
