Supplements for baby jackson

I have a 2 month old jackson named bruce lee I am still confused at what supplements to be giving him. Seems like everyone has there own answer. From what I read I need:
plain calcium -to give every day
calcium with d3-to give weekly
calcium with ph - to give monthly

Is this correct? Can someone post the pics of the supplements they give or give specific brands. I look on amazon and I always have a million different option and I don't want to buy the wrong thing. Right now I am dusting worms and flys with ReptoCal with D3 once or twice a week. And now after further reading there is some small print on the bottle that says "contains small amounts of phosphorous for proper calcium utilization" Is that ok to be giving him? I would really like to be doing everything correctly and am a little concerned because I have had him a month and he hasn't grown very much. Any info can help. Thanks

I use Rep-Cal (plain no d3), Rep-Cal + d3 & miner-all, indoor formula, from Sticky Tongue Farms.

Where people confuse you is most do not keep cool mountain chams like we do. You have jacksons, I have quads. They do not want the hot temps or lots of supplementing. I give my chams plain calcium 2 a week, calcium +D3 once a month and miner-all once a month. Dust very lightly, you can over supplement our chams easily.
