Survival rate of baby Jackson Chameleons

My female gave birth to seven babies total and I had in a container and I dropped it twice. I know they fall in the wild all the time. Should I be worried? A friend toke it down to an area where there is a bunch of Jackson Chameleons, and put them up in a branch someplace, he said there is plenty of bugs in the area he left them.

I dont know the survival rate, but I do know that you shouldnt release pets into the wild.
Probably shouldnt have, but the babies are hard to care for. They require pinheads or fruitflies which can become expensive in Hawaii, where the economy is overpriced, and the cost of living is extremely high. Probably could have attracted my own fruitflies using rotting fruit. Maybe should have not have released them but gave them to a local pet store once they got old enough.

Yea I bet they didn’t make it they need to eat a lot for about a month to get goin on the right track. that was definitely the wrong thing to do

I'm pretty upset about it but my family said I can't keep them.
