Swiss chard leaves

Hi all! I have been trying to find out if I can give my male veiled chameleon fresh Swiss chard leaves. He loves to eat the leaves from the plants in his enclosure (he has even eaten his hibiscus tree so bald I had to remove it from the cage so it can recover!). So what I want to know is if it's safe to offer fresh Swiss chard leaves, occasionally. All I can find is information about using it as a gutload. Nothing about the safety of offering it directly to him. Thanks in advance!

I would find out what it is, cabbage, onion, lettuce, etc. Then see if others in that family are ok

Swiss chard is closer related to kale, it's considered a dark leafy green with a slightly bitter taste that most people cook to eat it.
