Swollen Eye- Veiled

I got this Veiled Chameleon as a rescue, I'm not new to chameleon care, but this one is new to me. He's had a swollen eye since I got him, along with an odd bump on his forehead. Before anyone says anything, he has gone to the vet, twice and gone through 2 rounds of medication. When going through the meds(baytril orally) when finished with the meds the first time it had reduced but was still there, the 2nd round finished and the swelling went away completely. It has now come back.

Info about his care
He's in a 24x24x48" screen cage with lots of vines and fake leaves. I just added a ficus on Monday(his eye was starting to swell before this so it wasn't because of the new plant)
I have a drip system set up as well as a fogger, he's also misted 3x daily, all with distilled water.
Feeding dusted crickets, horn worms and occaionally pheonix worms and meal worms.
He has a UVB light(Tropical series strip light) and ceramic heat emitter

Looks like an abscess on his face, and the eye is probably a sinus infection.

the vet may have to drain it and do a culture to determine exactly what is causing the infeciton, to get a specific medication for it, as baytril is more like a broad spectrum antibiotic.
