Swollen Vent/Sperm Plug?

Hey everyone, new Cham owner here worrying about every little thing that could possible be wrong. I've notice his vent seems a little larger/ more swollen then I feel it should be. I heard sometimes they get sperm plugs that need to be removed. Please take a look at the picture and let me know what you think!

if it waas a sperm plug, youd see it sticking out.


When was the last time he was tested for parasites?

I currently have a nosey faly that has a swollen vent area because he has coccidia, a parasite.

I would get a fecal test done.

Hi welcome to the forum. I can see no sign of a sperm plug. Your guy's vent does look a bit swollen, are you sure he didn't just finish pooping? The vent will remain open a bit for a very short time after they poop. If that is not the case I would just keep a close eye on him and let us know if you see anything else that may show a problem. Nice chameleon.

It wouldnt hurt to smear a little neosporin on it My guy looked alittle like that last week.... Fixed him rite up!
