Tang is timid

I have had several chameleons, all of
them with different personalities, but this one is so freakin timid!!! It's my first girl and she is so afraid of me! I recently decided to let her try free ranging and she of course loves it but hides from me when I come to get her from her cage or get her off her limb near the warm free range window area I made for her. She never eats from my hand and she HATES misting, even if it's warm, even if I spray up where it falls naturally like rain. She is only 6 months old, do you think she will grow out of this?? I don't ever handle her so maybe she has never gotten used to my presence? In 3 months I have only handled her maybe 3-4 times when doing more than the weekly cleaning.

Well, that´s just what reptiles often use to be like...
With a lot of patience you may get her to become more "friendly", if not- who cares?
Reptiles simply like to be left alone so you should just respect that.

I respect the fact that she wants to be alone, but it's just humorous how she acts compared to the others that are a little more social. I was really looking for ways others have kept theirs and what they think may have allowed their chameleon to feel more at ease with their owner
