So precious! Do you believe letting the hatchlings walk on the eggs makes them hatch closer together?
Congratulations!

I definitely think the first hatching baby walking about over the eggs signals something. The first egg started sweating the night before last. He hatched late last night. Now, all of the eggs are sweating, pipping and hatching.

I also feel this is needed because in the wild the eggs aren't in a nice row with a gap in between, lol. They are all pilled up together in a hole.

Thats awesome news! How many in the clutch?

Chris

Thanks, Chris! This clutch has 14. This is from a gravid WC. I have 7 other clutches incubating right now that are from captive breeding's and they are much smaller. I think the largest clutch I have from a captive breeding is 11. I'm sure this correlates with their age, as they are much younger animals than that particular WC female that laid.

Why are they so wrinkly as babies? Humans are like the exact opposite XD *fawns over the adorableness* it has made the weather here less horrible XD
