the three vitamins, help

hey guys,

Wich one from the three vitamins is the must useful and good and I should use it , and how many times and insect ???

Rep-Cal Calcium - Ultrafine with Vitamin D3 - 4.1 oz


Rep-Cal Herptivite 3.2oz


Rep-Cal Calcium - No vitamin D3 - 4.1 oz

I use all three. It depends on the age of you cham as to how often. A young cham needs more than an adult. What's your chams age?

I'm going to buy it but the saller said that he doesn't know her or his age

How big is it? How many inches long not counting the tail?

I don't know maybe with the tail 6 or 7 inches but I just want to know how many time should I use them ?? and which one ??

With a young cham you will dust with plain calcium (no D3) at just about every feeding. Dust with calcium with D3 twice a month and dust with the Herptivite twice a month. On the days that you use D3 or Herptivites do not use the plain calcium.
With an adult I only dust at everyother feeding but still use the D3 and Herptivite twice a month each.
