I dont know of any combo units that could be placed inside the cage that would be relieable and able to hold up to frequent mistings.
Actuall, I dont use anything at all inside the cages. My Mistking goes off
every 2 hours, plus the dripper is on all day, so it cant be anything but humid in there. So what would be the point?
I take weekly temp readings using a digital thermometer with a probe, and I
have a room hygrometer and a large 10gal humidifier going in the winter, when
its dry.
But the RH inside the cage fluctuates like crazy, and I get a way different
reading depending on where inside the cage I take it.
So trying to monitor the RH in the cage is useless.
For really dry days, I use a small humidifier with the nozzle directed into the cage for my jacksons.
