Thoughts on Fluker's High-Calcium Cricket Feed

I've been doing the collards, apples, carrot mix with the crickets I have but with the heat & ants everything goes bad real quick! And I don't want the crickets to eat anything bad so my chams don't get sick and I was wondering about this Fluker's Laboratories High-Calcium Cricket Feed since it's like dust and I doubt it stinks and attract the ants and looks like it could do good in heat.

Thoughts?

I got some and I must say the crickets love it. I'd say about 25 out of 50 were on it this morning eatting it.

a little of this a little of that :)

I use a grind up egg laying chicken feed (has extra calcium in it). My crickets seem to like a potato now and then as well. Just watch for mold!

Mine really likes Cricket Crack. I supplement it with whatever I have on hand like an orange (gone at the end of the day), lettuce, kale, carrots, apples and potato.

After trying this product the crickets do not like it. Since then I have been using (cricket crack) which is a mixture of stuff that can be bought from the forum member ssimsswiss AKA Steve https://www.chameleonforums.com/members/ssimsswiss/
and for water for them I used paper towels but they were smelly after just a few days. Water crystals are the way to go You can get the Jarosek Water Crystals from Ryan Jarosek which is also a member here on the forums. https://www.chameleonforums.com/members/ryan-jarosek/

I can vouch for the cricket crack as well. Great stuff. I have seen larger crickets (2000) mow through the stuff (like a 1/4 pound in two days). It is insane.

Steve has come up with a great recipe. After I picked up my first bag I have never looked back. I used to make my own but man does this stuff have some awesome ingredients.

I think he puts actual crack in it cause the crickets think it's so damn good. :D

tbs350: That is the exact diet my roaches gorge on... Cricket Crack... And Jarosek Park water crystals!!! Happy feeders...means healthy Chams IMO! Occasionally I will throw in some scraps of Fruits and Veggies for them as well.

From switching to cricket crack and water crystals when my chams munch down on the crickets I see more gutload squeeze out the crickets

I love Cricket Crack! I have made several DIY, and the recipe that Cricket Crack uses is varied and a good price. I just wish I had bought more than a pound!

CHEERS!!!
