Tijuana of Wahiawa

I've been a paranoid cham mother with this guy. Taken this morning, I probably shouldn't be too worried. I'm obsessed with his horns!

He's the spitting image of my jacksonii... I think yours has slightly bigger horns tho!
They are awesome chameleons for sure.

He looks great!!
Thank you. I've definitely been being paranoid and just need to accept he'll need a while to settle in. This morning I caught him creeping around and sunning himself, so I gave him a good soak with the hose and he loved it. Gave me a big ol' stretch and posed handsomely.

It's the only species I'm actually familiar with. I see them in the wild occasionally (usually rescuing them from the road, we all know they are not high on the list of intelligent animals) and every time it does amaze me how for a little green lizard they all look so different. My first one was huge, the vet said he was the largest one they had ever had in. This guy is tiny, especially for the size of his horns.

It's natural to be paranoid about their wellbeing. I think he is young and will be slightly more resilient to the changes.

They do love their watering sessions don't they. You can hardly give them enough!

For now it is only the species I am familiar with... I am talking to a breeder to get a Furcifer Pardalis Ambilobe (Blue Bar) this weekend.
I'm not so lucky to live in Hawaii so that I can get them out of the wild... I wish

I worry to much about my chameleon too... mostly about temperature... and they are not big eaters and picky too eater so enough reason to worry...
Here's mine:
