Titus has arrived

Hello everyone, Titus is finally here. He arrived in his box and he is in his cage now. He seems to be adjusting well. I have misted the cage. When I put him in his cage he immediately went to the top. I don't know what happened, but he fell down to the bottom. Yes, I gasped. I am hoping that he is okay. He then hid in the ficus and has finally decided after about 1/2 hour to go exploring again. I hope that he is okay from his fall. He is moving fine. I will post pictures later. I am pretty busy getting his cage to proper temps and humidity. Should I feed him now or wait? He is so cute and colorful already.

you can feed him right away. No doubt he is hungry from his journey! Also, in the beginning they will cling and hang from the roof of the cage. You might even find yours sleeping up there for the night! As far as the fall, hopefully he did not hurt himself, most likely not. Just keep an eye on him. Congrats on your new cham!!!

It is great that Titus has arrived. I am sure the fall didn't harm him. But you should keep an eye on him, like all of us don't keep an eye on new babies.

I don't know if he is eating, but I don't seem to see as many crickets as before. It's hard to see him eating if he has been.

If the crickets are not in a container, then it's a good idea to put a large piece of carrot or something similar into the cage for the crickets to munch on, so they won't chew on Titus.

Great they did show up. I have some more work to do on the enclosure, but that's all it is for now. I know he is eating now, I have evidence

foilage more foilage.! lol! he looks awesome. i cant wait to get my veiled from stefan. take a trip to home depot. get a pothos to hang from the top and a nice big shefflera or hibiscus. shouldnt cost more than twenty bucks.

Thanks, yes he is quite a looker. Manik6, yes, I am looking to get more foilage. I am currently looking for a shefflera. I also think I need more vines. Thanks for the kind comments to all.

I just noticed that he has a small white dot/bump on his right eye lid. Doesn't look like it bothers him. You can see it if you look at the picture of him looking straight on in the camera from the pics I posted earlier. Now I worried. Does anyone know what this might be?

It kind of looks like a wart, it small and he doesn't have a problem moving his eye. Just was wondering what you think it might be.
