Toby is a lady, isn't he?

We just rescued this guy from a schmuck, and were told that Toby was a male. Toby really looks like a lady lizard to me, but I am not an experienced chameleon caretaker. What do you guys think?

If that's a veiled then Toby is female. I have attached some blogs for veiled care, female care and egg laying and the laying bin. Female veileds can and often do lay eggs without a male even being around.

Yep, Toby is a veiled, and supposedly about 6 months old. Sorry, I should have let you guys know! Thank you for the links!
