Tongue not extending

Chameleon Info:
Your Chameleon - Female Jacksons, roughly 9 months old. I've had her around 2 months
Handling - Around every other day. But I don't hold on to her and whatnot, I have extra vines above my desk so I let her crawl around while I get work done
Feeding - I've been feeding her a mix of crickets and mealies. She won't eat crickets unless they are free roaming, so they are both always available (mealies in a dish in the corner and crickets just throughout the tank). I feed vitabug crickets, so I don't gut load too much aside from orange cubes, apples, bananas and potatos.
Supplements - I have reptivite Ca w/ D3 and flukers Ca w/o D3. I add 3 newly dusted crickets every other day (once with D3 every week and a half)
Watering - I have a dripper that I turn on in the morning for roughly 20 minutes, and my mister that is set to go off at 8, 12, 4, and 730 for two minutes each until I get a drain bucket for under, then I will extend the intervals
Fecal Description - The poop looks normal color. Typical dark brown with white urates. He hasnt been tested for parasites
History - Had a bout of being lethargic, but has been fine recently.

Cage Info:
Cage Type - Screen enclosure (18Lx18Dx36H)
Lighting - I have an ExoTerra UVB100 and a Zilla 50W day light, both cycling from 7:30am-8:00pm
Temperature - Ambient temps are between 73-77ish and basking is at 83 (F). Night drops down to about 63F (measured with classic thermometers as well as the thermometer gauges in the tank)
Humidity - typically stays within the range of 35-55, which I know is relatively low.
Plants - One of the larger plants is a begonia (when he is active, he loves this) the other smaller ones that are throughout the tank I dont remember the name of them but I've been using them in all of my tropical tanks
Placement - The cage is in a secluded area of my room, the top is roughly 5ft from the floor.
Location - Virginia

Current Problem - trying to eat, but tongue isn't extending. Almost as if her depth perception is all of a sudden gone. I tried feeding her from tongs but she wont accept it.

I've read that it is sometimes an indicator of calcium deficiencies? When I catch her drinking, should I mist come calcium on the plant as well? (I have a Zilla calcium spray). I prefer not to have to force feed her but I don't want her to starve either obviously.

Any pointers to get her to eat are greatly appreciated!

A few things:

The vitabugs are better than mist crickets, but the packaging is seriously misleading. You still must gut load them properly. Look up Sandrachameleon's blog on gut loading. There's a lot of information there - don't get overwhelmed. It's all excellent and will steer you in the right direction.

I see you have calcium with and without D3. That's good, but your supplement schedule is off. It sounds like you are offering too much D3 which will reduce appetite. It should be:
-Plain calcium without D3 3x a week
-Calcium with D3 1x a month
-Multivitamin 1x a month

I have recently been through a similar issue with my Jackson's. It was directly related to nutritional deficiencies. Here's my post:

You should also read through the caresheet here. Go to the main page of the forum and on the right hand side, there is a box labeled "getting started" or something similar. Tons of excellent info there for you.
