my 5 m old panther that i have for 8 days now just shot his tongue into the dripper tube or it got stuck on it while the water was dripping. he could not get it off the tube so he climbed to it and put his mouth around the tube and got it out. will he be ok ? seems to be back to himself.

he could have injured it. You will know when you go to feed him and if he does not shoot his tongue properly then he hurt it. hopefully he is ok.

as long as the tounge went back in and he can still use it he should be okay.

This can happen from time to time. Probably he will be fine. Watch to ensure he shoots well the next couple times you feed.

Im sure hell be fine. You might want to look into minimizing the exposed tube, that way you reduce the chance of it happening often
