im about to be moving from here (texas) to arizona comming up in jan. any thoughts on how thats going to be probable with my cham and a 16+ hr drive? how should i get this to go down?

Shouldn't be a problem at all. Chams get shipped all across the country and many are in a box longer than 16 hours.
The general idea is to cut down on the visual stimiulation and allowing the cham to sleep. This is easiesly accomplished by putting it in a box or something similar where it can't see out of. If it is dark, the cham will fall asleep for the drive to Arizona. Some people using a soft bedding for the cham, while others will insert a stick in the box for the cham to hold on to. Either way will work fine.
