Tribute to Hera

It is with great sadness that I have to let you all know that my beautiful female Hera passed away Saturday night due to complications from surgery.

She was such a beautiful and majestic animal I am deeply saddened by her passing. I now look out my kitchen window to her empty room and my heart is broken.

Jann I know I already expressed my condolences to you, but I just wanted to say again how sorry I am that you lost Hera. She was a true beauty and lived the life of a queen with you as do all your pets. I am sorry that your time together was all too short. I know you did everything humanly possible to save her and as usual you went above and beyond what most would do. Not everyone will drive 4 hours one way to a vet. You paid a lovely tribute to her and her beauty will live on through your awesome photography. RIP Hera, you will be missed by all on the forum.

Jann, I am truly sorry to hear this sad news. Hera was so majestic and gorgeous. I know she lived a full life with you but no matter how long or short the time, it will never be enough. Thank you for sharing your experiences with us and helping us learn through your experience.

Sorry about your hera. on a side note: i find myself looking at your pix more to enjoy your house and yard rather than the cham. not that they aren't gorgeous. just have a nice house and surroundings. seems to be perfect for getting them outside.
