my uncles just been on the phone and he said he has noticed his panther cham has got about 6 tiny white dots on various places over his body. Does anyone have any idea what this could be? I unfortunatly haven't got any picture of it as I am not there to see it for my self. He said he has been cleaning him out well etc so I don't think it's mights or parasites?
