Buckeye, Red Admiral, and American Painted Ladies are good to feed to chams but not as a continual feeder. I will be using Obscure Bird and American Bird Grasshoppers soon and they fly, if you can find those. And it's just a gradual process when dealing with roaches; I have Discoids and they are fairly similar as Dubias, and it took them, 22 adult/subadults, around 2-3 months to start having nymphs.

It depends on the age of the cham. If its a young cham, you can pupate silkworms into moths, hornworms into moths, blue bottle flies.

just dont do wild caught bugs because they can pass on parasites to your cham. as well as some may have been sprayed with parasites.

wild caught bugs can be fed off, but you have to catch them and quarentine them for several days to make sure they wont die.
