unsure whats happening

my 11 month old veiled chameleon wont eat or drink and is getting weak, he has also what looks like his inside of his rectum pushing out his rear, im unsure of whats happening. ANY IDEAS ?

Sounds like a rectal prolapse, or a hemipene prolapse. How long has this been going on? He needs to see a vet immediately.

hes been like this for a couple days. i thought he was having troubles doing his deed but its worse there is a stranse white like puss. what is a rectal prolapse, or a hemipene prolapse?

could be from impaction and so on.
Basically, his hemipenis is pushed out of his rectum and he is unable to retract that back.
What you want to do is immediately get him to the vet. and try to keep it moist.
I believe some people use KY Jelly (lubricant) for it.

The tissue protruding from your chameleons rectum needs to be kept moist whether its a hemipene or a part of the intestine....and this needs to be dealt with before it goes necrotic. I recommend that you get this chameleon to the vets ASAP!!!
