Yep, my little boy's oranges started coming out this week, and I couldn't resist taking more pics to show you guys! (you're all going to get sick of me really soon!) He's about a week shy of being 6 months old
Enjoy!

As soon as I got him on my hand, he showed me how gorgeous his greens and blues can be!

Great looking guy! I couldn't help but notice how his eyes seem a bit sunken in in all the photos. Are they always like this?

You think so? I've been keeping an eye on that- I didn't think his eyes looked sunken in (to panthers ever 'pull their eyes in' like veilds do in pictures?) I have been keeping a close watch to see if his eyes look sunken because he isn't as eager to drink as my girl. Thanks for making a note of it, I didn't catch that in the pictures. I'll be upping his mistings :)

Mistings aren't enough for my panther, he prefers the drip. I always point the tube at the same broad leaf and my guy knows where to go when he's parched. You might consider setting up a dripper if you don't have one yet.

I do have a dripper, thanks for the suggestion. That's the only reason I wasn't immediately upset that he doesn't always drink when I mist, because I have a dripper going most of the time and I hoped he was drinking from that. I haven't even had him for a month, so I'm still figuring him out.
This guy is weird, he prefers to 'shoot' the drops instead of lick them up like my girl, I don't feel like he gets the same amount of water drinking this way.

He looks great!!! Those colors are coming in just great, keep up the great work! To me those are camera eyes, he was probably stressing the camera, that's how all his brothers are too.

Yeah a lot of chams will draw back their turrets if they get frightened or stressed, which is why I asked if this is how they always look. The reason I mentioned it is he looks really calm to be drawing back his turrets, normally the drawn back turret pic includes an "I'm gonna rip your face off" attitude.

Just something you should know to keep an eye on, especially if any orange or yellow is showing up in his droppings.

I am a dirty old lady!!! Don't even ask what I though when I saw the title of your post. But yes his colors are great.
