Urgant Help Needed With My Pygmys

As some of you may know i've got a male and female pygmy I think the female MIGHT BE gravid (she is rather large round the belly and the man in the store said he thinks she is gravid when I purchased her) I have noticed the male keeps trying to get on top of her it looks like he is "coressing" her although its not in a "normal" sex position (like 'doggy style' - which most animals do) sorry this may sound imature i just didn't know how else to word it. The problem is i think she is gravid and also when he climbs on her she doesn't really move he goes quite dark as well.

Tryme, That's kind of strange. He's absolutely trying to do the dirty. What's strange is that if she's gravid, she should be trying to avoid him. I only have a little exp. with pygmies though. Maybe some of the more experienced pygmy owners will know what's going on. Good luck and let us know what happens. David

Well she has tried to avoid him in a way she looks like shes giving in but not enjoying it one bit (not as if she would "enjoy" it but you know what I mean lol) ok will do thanks for the help

If he keeps on will this cause her any harm though thats what i'm afraid of

You need the bigger enlosure so that she can get away from him...
