My cham just ate a silk worm that was in the bottom of the cage that had died aprx two days ago and potentaly could have had some mold on it. Is she in danger and is their anything I can do to help her if she is?

Short of putting a straw in her butt and blowing really hard, there is nothing you can do. (sorry for the graphic)

Just like chroma said. She should be just fine. Watch her poo and monitor her carefully.

Good luck and hope that helps

dc2ap2s right. clean you tank man! its fine. there is likely to be bacteria growing on it. 2 days is too long. i must admit, i havent cleaned her tank for awhile. im getting a 18x18x36 (WxDxH) screen cage very soon, and the botton door makes it easy to clean.
please dont jump all over me because its glass. because i just said there is a new one on the way. no offence kenya, but im tired of it.

chromas right. clean you tank man! its fine. you can buy cans of dead bugs at the petstore.

Not the same thing- dried canned bugs are sterile and probably processed somehow to keep them dry and clean. A silkworm at the bottom of a cham cage would probably be bloated and wet from all of the moisture that goes through the cage- mold was mentioned as well and bacterial infection is a concern.

All in all, I think your cham may get a bit sick but be okay. Just clean up a little more often ;)
