Using KNEX Construction Toy Systems

Has anyone ever heard of KNEX? They are construction toy systems, similar to Lego, but made up of stick-like rods and connector pieces. I built models with these growing up and I now feel that my veiled cham would love you climb on one of the towers. I was wondering if anyone has ever tried this. My parents are coming to town next weekend and I am having them bring my old collection I plan to construct one of the towers and place a meal dish at the top. I will update with pictures next week..

i remember knex! lol way to use your childhood to give your cham a great hand-me-down

i would just be careful of any small groves or cracks in the toys that (could) pose a nail threat to the cham. i would stay away from any solid surface and objects that the chameleon could get their claws stuck in, and potentially rip out.

OMG Yes!! My boys used to play with them all the time...Sure I have a box of them in the garage somewhere along with the legos...I want to see your pics...I assure you if I brought them down, no homework would get done and they would start playing with them again!!!
