Using T5 Arcadia for Jacksons

I have a question about using Arcadia T5 6% for Trioceros jacksonii. The enclosure will be 90 cm high, there will be mesh on top, but wire diameter will be 0,4 inch and will not block a lot of UVB.
It is save to use reflector ?
How close to that lamp Trioceros jacksonii could go ?

I use them for all of my Jacksonii species without issue. The key is to provide multiple levels of branches in the enclosure so the animal can regulate the amount of UV it is receiving. Make sure that wherever its basking light is, he does not also get hit with high levels of UV. That way he is not forced into the high UV while trying to bask.
