uv 10.0 or 5.0 for veild chams??

I have used both with success, but prefer the 5.0 and use it exclusively now.

I use 5.0's on my screen cages, and 10.0's on my Reptariums.

When using 10.0's on Reptariums/Flexariums-One word of caution-if you are raising babies or any cham that likes to cling to the top-raise the fixture up about 4" from the top of the enclosure.

is this uvb light to close to the chameleon ? he never seems to get close to it at all i just don't want to hurt him
