Vacation...

Hello everyone, I currently have a 6 month old ambilobe cham growing up healthy and well, but i found out that my family will be leaving home in two weeks for just about 4 days. now i have no problem asking one of the neighbors to feed and replenish his water and what not, but if this can be avoided that would be great, because of the fact that i do not enjoy knowing people are in my house when im not. If anyone has any help or tips on chameleons staying alone for that period of time please help, fyi i do have the lights on timers already.

Where do you live? You might be able to find fellow chameleon people on this forum that live near you, they could probably watch your chams for you.

I'd have them come in and take care of them for you. Ask a friend or something if it makes you more comfortable. I either have my boyfriend, my friend (who lives around the corner,) or some family that's close by and not going. It makes me more comfortable because they at least generally know what to do even before explaining it to them because I talk to them about my animals all the time
