I've been searching though many posts and I haven't found a response to a specific question. Do the vegetables that are given to feeders need to be cooked? Or are there specific veggies that need to be cooked/steamed? Thanks for your input!

Cooking (and freezing too for that matter) veggies and greens can ruin some of the vitamins. I have heard that slightly cooking sweet potatoes is okay/better though...but I don't do it.
