Veild Eating Pothos?

I think my Veiled Ozzy finally started to munch on his pothos plant. I haven't seen him do it, but I keep finding leaves that look like this(see pic). Are these the bite marks of a chameleon, or do I have parasites or something? I've also seen leafe bits scattered on the bottom of the cage so I'm pretty sure it's Ozzy. Anyone actually witness this b4 that can verify? thanks all!

100% normal... Veild are one of the few that will actually eat Greens if you offer them... Kinda funny to see the little mouth marks huh... :D

I know this was posted awhile ago but my veiled does the same thing to his pothos plant. Is this safe for them?? I've heard that pothos is somewhat poisonous. Even under this sites "life plants" information suggests removing the plant if they eat a lot of the pothos. Has anyone experienced any problems with the pothos plant???

not that i know of.
I think what they mean by poisonous is that pothos has certain chemical in the leaves that prevent calcium absorption in your chameleon's body.
If your chameleon eats a lot of the foliages... i say there might be something that you need to do..
As far as I know they only do that during a dry season as their way to stay hydrated.
So, maybe you need to mist more often?
idk..

My male veiled is 13-14 weeks old. I started seeing his schefflera plant starting to have chunks taken out of the leaves just like yours. I thought maybe it was too hott in his home, since they were turning black right around where the peices were taken off, and then one day i seen him taking a bite out of a leaf.

Some of my veileds (usually females) have stripped a pothos bare and never suffered any problems from it. (These are the same females that live to be 6 years old.)
