Is this a joke or actual thing? Also, it just depends if they smell like maple syrup or not.
I notice her eyes are closed in the first picture there. Is it nearing bedtime? Closing their eyes is a sign of illness or stress. Is anyone able to tell the gender of my new young veiled chameleon or is it still to young to tell
It was probably just stress because the photo with her eyes closed was taken immediately after taking her out of the cup I purchased her in at the pet store.I notice her eyes are closed in the first picture there. Is it nearing bedtime? Closing their eyes is a sign of illness or stress.
They're so finicky. Just make sure that she doesnt have her eyes closed during the day.It was probably just stress because the photo with her eyes closed was taken immediately after taking her out of the cup I purchased her in at the pet store.

Have you posted pics of your enclosure/lighting before or had a husbandry review to make sure you have the correct husbandry info?Oh yeah, she’s awake right now actually and is happily basking under her uvb light
I have actually, this was a topic i was very stressed about at first but in this setup I currently dont have an egg laying bin so if needed i would make one in a large bin for her. But in the setup i plan to have within a year i will have plenty of room to add an egg laying bin in the habitat for her when she needs itThat's wonderful.
And have you read up on lay bins? You know she will lay eggs without being around a male, correct?
This is the only picture i have saved of the enclosure, it has since become way more humid and moist, this picture was taken before it had ever been misted at all. And some minor things have been shifted around in the terrarium since this was taken. It also has a misting system that mists for 1 minute every 4 hours.Have you posted pics of your enclosure/lighting before or had a husbandry review to make sure you have the correct husbandry info?

The only part that needs to be changed is a minimum of 6” laying depth, not 8”I replayed with some helpful feedback to your cage in this post:
