Veiled stays dark?

The only time my veiled chameleon isn't his dark colors is when he is sleeping. Other wise he is always stressed. I just got his basking temp up to 90, im not sure if I need it to be more humid or what. Maybe more foilage? And he only eats when im not around, so maybe he just doesn't like me xD

and how much foliage is in there now?

whats near him?

how long have you had him? I can remember one member on here had gotten a panther and he was dark for weeks and finally brightened up after that.

No other animals around. I've only had him for like what 5 days? His foliage is pretty minimal. A few vines, and a little hanging plant.

I would get more foliage, and give him time to relax. he just moved in!

Plenty of hiding places so he feels safe he will be fine.

Yeah give him a few more branches. I used to have only a few vines and my dude always seemed scared. I put more in and its always hard to find him but he seems happier that way haha.
