Hello, just wondering if anyone has used this on their chams? I have some that I use for my hound dog every now and then when her eye lids get all dry. I was reading the ingredients and I saw on the site they say its safe for all animals... Just curious.

Safe maybe, but what types of specific conditions is it supposed to treat? If it's a specific antibiotic you'd only want to use it if you knew what type of eye infection you were dealing with. Just because it is deemed safe doesn't mean it will be effective for a specific thing.

Good point! Here is some of the info on it...

Relieve the itching, burning and stinging from your pet's eyes with Vetericyn Ophthalmic Gel. Specially formulated for irritated eyes, it removes the inflammation and infection from your pet's eyes, killing bacteria, viruses and fungi. Uses a patented oxychlorine compound that is similar to the animal's immune system, with the same pH as tear fluid, so it's non-stinging and safe to use in and around the eye. Non-toxic and biocompatible, the easy-to-apply gel has no steroids, antibiotics or alcohol, so it's safe if licked or ingested. Do not freeze this item.

When it says compatible with the animal's immune system... are they talking about a mammal's immune system or a reptile's? While it is true many meds will work for both, I tend to ask the Vet.

I would not use this product without talking to my veterinarian first. I used to be a veterinary technician and I have seen reactions to many over the counter medications. Some work fine for certain conditions without any type of bad reaction... but others can have a serious reaction. It is always best to consult with your veterinarian first.
