Vitamin,Calcium distribution

Most people either pinch and sprinkle or dust their crickets in a duster cup from what i have heard, has anyone tried to put the vitamins or calcium in a salt or pepper shaker type receptacle and tried to dust this way? I normally just pinch and sprinkle and hand over top of cup and so the swirl method of coating the buggies and so on... Just a thought i was kicking around? Didn't know if it would be beneficial or not to try this and was wondering maybe the humidity could get to the calcium and or vitamins and clump them up , and if the rice in the shaker trick would work for this as well??? Feedback is wanted and appreciated! Thanks

Ren,

My theory is that swirling the bugs in a cup works fine ...if it ain't broke...
Besides I have no space for additional pieces of equipment :)
It actually might not be a bad way to store your supplements and then of course, you could dust the way you describe.
It's also possible that you have too much time on your hands:D

but what if you put it on your own food thinking its pepper or salt cause you forgot;) these things do and probably have happened.
seriously though, its not a bad idea..
