Vitamin dusting

So we are supposed to dust twice a month, I was just wondering how much.
It says on the container 12 crickets per 2.5oz of body weight, but she weighed 8 grams when we took her to the vet last week.

most memebers use 3 supplements
calcium at most feedings
calcium with d3 twice a month
and a multivitamin twice a month.

another route togo is the repashy calcium plus witch is a all-in-one suppelement to be used daily.
this info is based on a veiled or panther chameleon. :)

Yeah we have the calcium w/o d3, waiting on the kind with d3 to come, and we got the multivitamin this weekend.
After we are through all of these containers I will probably switch her to repashy.

My panther has used Repashy Calcium Plus its whole life, and is doing great. I really like the simplicity of it.

generally speaking, two or three times a month, a few bugs each time. This assumes you are not also using another product with D3. You dont need another D3 product as reptivite already contains D3 and you are likely also using UVB lighting.
what prey you offer and what that prey eats also should be factored into the frequency / type of supplements you use.

Yeah I know twice a month, just wondering how many crickets I should dust since she is so tiny, I don't want to OD her or anything.

You will dust them all with the plain calcium, expect the ones you put the other supps on.
You will give just one dusted in the other supps when its time.

You want to dust them very lightly.
I like tapping just a few sprinkles(hardly any) in a jar, throwing the feeders in the jar a giving it a swoosh.

EDIT: I would listen to sandrachameleon as I have only ever used repashycal+ on my panther.
