My chameleon is 6-7 months old and I keep hearing different answers from people but how often should I dust my crickets with vitamins?

Sorry I'm posting this late but I'm going to give him vitamins this Sunday. But I was just wondering do I give him vitamins the entire day or just for one meal?

That depends if u only lightly dust one cricket at a time or group dusting,usually 1group dusting in the morning should be more than enough,cause dusting one cricket at a time is more pain in the bum,so the answer for this question will be one meal n too much vitamin can be fatal for your precious cham

i throw my crickets in a beaker sprinkle my vits on then a little Shake then put them in her feeder
