hi all, as some know i have some nosy be's that are in there 8 month check them everyday and there growin still and huge nice lookin eggs, but still not action...so lookin at others i have a clutch of 4 pygs that were layed 3-01 so were over 60 days there so im lookin at em there in hatchrite so they blend in good but i notice two look alittle diff so i take the top off and look closer and one the two diff lookin ones has water drops on it, its sweating, this is my first clutch of pygs how long does it take the tiny one to come out after its sweating????? input please..... only hatched veilds so far... heres some pics...

the darker stuff is cocofiber thay i didnt want ro rub off when i put in in the hatchrite... an people that hatch oygs how long do you thin? till i see a tiny head pokin out?

I have never hatched pgymys but based on the sweating, I will say less than 24 hours. Pleaseeeeee post picture's, we need to see newborn baby pgymy's.

lol i havent either but i figured 24 hrs, they are over 60 days so been waiting,, ill post lots pics there goin to be tiny....

My pyg eggs were buried deep in the back of the cage, where it would have torn everything up to get at them, so I left them in situ and didn't see them sweat or develop. Eggs were laid over several days mid-to-late May, and began hatching the first week of August (R. brevicaudatus). They were actually, if anything, larger than I expected when they hatched (but still tiny).

yeah i had 1.3 and been hopin i had some burried way in the bk but i havent seen anylil ones yet in the viv i am down to 1.1 now and i seen her lay two diff clutches of 4 eggs each this is the first of the two clutches first was laid 3-1..

jan i mite be lookin to part with a few or trade em for diff blood, but im not sure yet as im thinkin they are goin to have some major cutefactor goin on...the veilds were one thing this was the size of a tictac when laid so i know these guys are goin be tiny im gettin there baby set up all ready and will post pics as soon as anything emerges...'

They are usually out in a matter of hours up to 12 hours. Can't wait to see these little guys!

What were the temps you incubated at? Just wondering. I have 3 eggs that are less then 30 days but am hoping they survive and atch around 60 days

Hey there were laid a day before my birthday! hehe

I keep mine around 76-78 F. Hopefully they dont take 90 dyas and are sweating around 60 like yours

well just checked them and there all goin off sweating alot took a few pics an battery died lol glad its happened now and not when its emerging wont be much longer.....woohoooo!!!!

i know there just pygs but im stoked.......
