well im tickled!!! he tore those suckers up! ate 8 tried to get a video for u guys for size comparison, but waldos camera shy worse he hates it i even tried tricking him and backing up a long ways he just rocked, but oh well, just so you know there alot more active then i had imagined and yea there gross looking but tweesers, now my only question since there so full of calcium should i slow dustings, ill admit my exitement got in the way and i forgot to dust. oops lol. tomorrow im just wandering how well it will stick, i have an idea for a fly catcher for it to, im going to get a utility bin the 5 dollar small like for make up or jewary or beads ya know cut a hole thru it and funnel screen like a crab trap design i figure a little gut load up top and the flys are up there accesable without flooding my house with flys, what yall think, i got high hopes, u got a beter idea im listening,

Glad to hear that he likes them. Most of my guys will eat them. I buy them quite often for the females and end up give some to the boys too. :p
 
Phoenix worms

I would always use some crickets. The more variety the better.

The brochure that comes with the worms says they used it as only food for leopard geckos and none developed MBD or other issues. However, I would not do that. I agree with Jannb, the more diverse a diet, the better it is!

That said, i find Phoenix worms to be a great component of an insectivore's diet. All of my chams love them. I feed them regularly to all of my chameleons, especially babies and females.

how long does it take to turn into flys i made something tonight to hopefuly harvest them in, im just wandering 2 things if the substraits a little spread out is it ok, can i add something to make more? its not very thic in my container,but the only thing i could find that would work right my origional ideal wont work to many gaps
