Wax worm

Probably. I would save them for once a week to make sure your cham eats more nutritious insects.

maybe 3 every 2 weeks depending on your cham's size. They are EXTREMELY fatty. Kinda like a human eating a tub of lard by mistake, instead of ice cream. Keep in mind how fatty even ice cream is. Try adding in a couple superworms, silkworms, hornworms, moths, butterflies, walking sticks, blue bottle flies, mantids, grasshoppers :D

Besides crickets

What are some nutrious insects besides crickets or worms. I like feeding him by hand. It's easy to hold a warm.

roaches are a good hand feeder, if you can stomach it. For some reason they seem to be the go to for hand feeding. Hornworms move around pretty good while hand feeding, also. For nutrition: it's in the variety of feeders and their gutloading.

Gut loading.

I have been gut loading with a flickers cricket diet. Is that efficient or should I use another product with it.

Use fresh fruits and veggies. Better for your insects, better fort you since they eat all your dinner scraps. Ditch the premade, processed cubes.

I have found that crickets love turnip greens, carrots, apples, sweet potato, oranges, and bell peppers. Baby carrots and leafy greens are easy to keep in the house.

If you want to add a premade dry food, go with Bug Burger, Cricket Crack, or the Repashy gutload. Those are all good products.
