I shower my boy almost every night lately and his eyes are usually sunken again within a day or 2. What could possibly be wrong with him that he's so dehydrated all the time

How long have you had him? How old is he? Please post a recent photo of him.
Please answer the questions in the how to ask for help thread at the top of the health forum.

He could be ill, in pain, have kidney failure, emaciated, very old... There are lots of reasons for sunken eyes. Can you give a history of him and pictures?

Got him in Nov with mouth rot he got put on ceftamazine and then baytrol for 2 weeks. Stopped eating during this time; been 2 months now since all that was done. He's being treated with panacur vet didn't check for parasites though so idk if he had any

Sunken eyes on Oustalets is more of a species specific look than anything negative in most cases. With other chameleons sunken eyes can be indications of problems and dehydration but with Oustalets it is just how they hold their eyes normally.

As long as he is getting water and drinking I wouldn't be too concerned over his eyes.

Yea oust get huge, and dont have bulging eyes. Mine only bulges them out for eye ball showers, the rest of the time they are kinda sunken, yet he always have good poop. Yours is very skinny for 2 months of fattening.

He wasn't dehydrated when she put him on the panacur I wasn't to fond of putting him on it so quickly after his mouth healed but I figured she knew what she was talking about

Well he was at 101 idk like 2 months ago and last night I weighed him he was about 82 so he's dropping weight and I'm trying to keep it up. I've been using carnivore care liquid vitamins and plain bugs to try to but he's still not getting any better he won't eat voluntarily so it's been quite the battle
