Weird Question

My male cham is almost 2 years old now. When I clean out the cage, he's become more and more comfortable with coming out and climbing around my hand/arm. Lately, he's been I gyrating on my hand. My question is, are they like dogs when they hump your leg, but in this case, my hand lol ?

That's too funny. I've never heard of that before. They don't even make that motion when they are breeding. So that's pretty weird.
